Honeycomb are a lightweight pleat style shade that can be used on small to very large window applications. There are several textures & patterns available in single and double cell in beautiful designs. They are available with cordless lift systems, continuous loop cord operation, Ultraglide™ lift system and top-down bottom-up. Honeycombs also come in a vertical application ideal for sliding glass doors. Room darkening material is great for bedrooms and theatre rooms. These shades offer top insulation benefits for both cold and warm weather environments.
We also carry the top-quality Hunter Douglas Duette Architella™ Honeycomb Shades that offer maximum insulation having a unique honeycomb within a honeycomb state-of-the-art patented technology. These shades offer the highest insulation factors in the industry with R-values over 7 on certain fabrics!
Pleated shades are similar in look to honeycomb shades offering a single fabric pleat with an optional room darkening attached lining. They are also available with optional lift systems.
Motorization – Most styles of Honeycomb Shades are available with motorized lift systems utilizing the Somfi RF Frequency motors for easy operation.
